Student Photo ID Information

New Student Photo IDs for the Fall 2008 semester are being taken on the dates and times listed below in the Student Life Office, Rm. 149 --$5 Fee. If you have any questions, contact Johanna in room 150 or at (978) 630-9148 between 9 am and 1 pm or Sandy at (978) 630-9133 after 1 pm.

You should carry your student ID with you at all times as you will be requested to present it when accessing services on campus that require identification.  You must use your student ID number as your User ID when signing into WebConnect to obtain your grades, transcript, class schedule, or to register for the upcoming semester.  A student ID will be required of all students seeking to access the Fitness Center (with required membership) and for some programming events sponsored by CATS (Campus Activities Team for Students).

August 19, 20, 21, 28:  11:00 am – 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm

ID Cost:  $5.00* (*ID must be validated each semester—there is no charge for validation.  A lost or stolen ID costs $5 to replace.) 

Orientation Day Schedule - September 3: during day orientation in south cafeteria and also before evening orientation (5:00 – 6:00 pm) in room 116 

Day Schedule - September 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 17, 23: 10:30 am – 12:30 pm

Evening Schedule - September 11, 17, 23:  4:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Leominster Campus Photo ID Dates - September 15 & 16: 11:30 am - 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Returning Students -- have your Photo ID validated for the fall 2008 semester

Locations to have your ID updated/validated:

Student Services:  Mon.—Thurs: 8:00 am-5:00 pm or Friday: 8:00 am-4:00 pm                                         

Enrollment Center: Mon.—Thurs:  8:00 am to 6:30 pm or Friday: 8:00 am-4:00 pm

Library: Mon.—Thurs: 7:30 am-8:30 pm or Friday: 7:30 am-4:00 pm
