Steps to Enrolling at MWCC
Select from our list of associate degree or certificate programs, or simply take a couple of courses for personal growth or transfer. If you are undecided or are looking for a career change, our career counselors and academic advisers are available to help you through the process.
Step 1
Complete a college application! Hand deliver it to the enrollment center and we'll waive the $10 application fee. (See How to Apply for detailed information.)
Selective programs have additional application components and deadlines:
Complementary Healthcare & Massage Therapy Degree; Clinical Laboratory Science; Dental Hygiene; Massage Therapy Certificate; Nursing; Practical Nursing; Physical Therapist Assistant.
Step 2
REQUIRED ONLY BY SELECTIVE PROGRAM APPLICANTS – Submit proof of completion of high school or equivalency. Not required at this time if you are entering one of our General Studies Nursing tracks.
Step 3
Schedule placement testing appointment by calling (978) 630-9244. All incoming students must have their skill levels assessed in English, reading, and mathematics. Those students who have completed previous college coursework may be eligible to waive their placement testing by completing the Testing Waiver Form (PDF). For detailed information regarding placement testing and to view sample tests, visit the Student Success Center website.
Step 4

Step 5
Although not required, consider applying for financial aid. The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) is available on the web at www.fafsa.ed.gov or in our financial aid office. If you require assistance, contact our financial aid office at (978) 630-9169.
