This highly original and theatrical musical is a Caribbean adaptation of the popular fairy tale “The Little Mermaid” and uses the Hans Christian Anderson story to explore the all too timely issue of prejudice. It is the story of the peasant girl Ti Moune who rescues, nurses and falls in love with the wealthy Daniel. Colorful sets, tropical costumes and creative dance capture the imagination of young and old alike!
