You may purchase tickets by phone, online, in person or by mail. Theatre at the Mount, located in the Fine Arts Wing of Mount Wachusett Community College in Gardner is Central Mass' Premier Community Theatre! Our auditorium seats 554 people, with only 15 rows so every seat has a great view of the action! All seats are assigned, so reservations are recommended. The house doors open approximately 30 minutes before curtain. The theatre is wheelchair accessible and assisted listening devices are available for the hearing impaired.

Late arrivals are seated at the discretion of the staff.

Box Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-12:30 and 1:30-2:30pm and 1 hour before each show.

We do not answer the phone during the one hour before show time.

Get show information anytime or purchase tickets by phone on weekdays with your Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit/debit card. If you get a busy signal when pressing "1" for the box office, keep trying or order online. With only one phone line and one employee, it is especially busy as a show approaches. Important messages should be emailed to the box office, not left by phone.

Ordering Tickets Online

Purchase tickets online with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Pay Pal account. Online customers are given best available seats at the time the order is received. If you receive a confirmation email receipt with a Transaction ID number, you can be assured that your order was processed, and your tickets will be either mailed out when time permits or held at the box office for pick up.

Buying Tickets in Person

Tickets are sold at the box office window during Box Office hours listed above. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit/debit cards. During non-business hours, customers may use the convenient order envelopes available at the box office counter to order tickets. Orders placed in this manner will be processed on the next business day, and your tickets will be held for pick-up.

Exchanges, Gift Certificates & Flex Passes

All "Subscriber", "Season" or "Package" tickets being exchanged must be mailed or otherwise returned to the box office before new tickets can be printed. Flex Pass/Gift Certificate holders should call or email ticket/date requests to the box office before close of business on the Friday before the date of your selected performance.

Season Tickets: 5 shows, $65.00 (On sale Nov. 1 - April 1)

ADULTS: Evening Performances $20.00; Matinees $15.00

CHILDREN up to age 16 and MWCC STUDENTS with ID: $10.00
(children/student tickets are not available online)

Spring Children's Show: All seats $6.00
Fall Children's Show: All seats $5.00

Ushers Always Needed:

At least 8 volunteers are needed for each performance to arrive approximately 40 minutes early to hand out programs, rip ticket stubs and help people find their seats. Each usher receives one free ticket to the performance worked. Contact Deb in the box office to sign up: box-office@mwcc.mass.edu
