COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE: U.S. COPYRIGHT LAW (TITLE 17, U.S. CODE) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. In accepting photocopies for reserve, the Mount Wachusett Community College Library assumes they have been made in compliance with the "fair use" provisions of Section 107. Photocopied materials may be used for one semester only, unless the instructor has obtained written permission from the copyright holder.
